- Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations:

2. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

3. Refunds for Change of Mind
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you change your mind, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original, re-sellable condition with all packaging intact.
- During Christmas and New Year Holidays we accept 11 Days money back starting from 25th December to 4th of January.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 10% of the product’s original price may apply to cover handling and processing costs.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Return Process
